The Bathing Ghat

 This spring-fed pond is located directly in front of the Tree House and can be viewed from the wide porch. The Hermitage Cabin stands nearby. Like the creek the depth of the water varies with the seasonal changes. The Bathing Ghat features concrete steps to enter the water for swimming or simply to sit and enjoy the sunset. This design was modeled after the temple ghats of India.
